Insurance Information for Our Drug Rehab
We understand that this is a difficult time for you and your family and we want to make your admission to our drug rehab as comfortable as possible. If you wish to utilize your health care benefits to pay for our drug rehabilitation program or alcohol rehab, please allow us to help you to determine what your substance abuse benefits actually are. In far too many cases, the patient or family tries to determine what their own drug rehabilitation benefits are and end up with inaccurate information. You would be surprised how many times inaccurate benefits are quoted by the carrier which can prove discouraging or keep you from entering the drug rehab program you chose.

Insurance Verification, Certification and Our Drug Rehab Program
Our Intake staff will quickly gather the necessary facts from you and pass this information along to our Insurance Verification Department. The staff in this department are trained in how interact with insurance carriers. They know what questions to ask, how to ask them and are aware how addiction treatment, alcohol rehab or dual diagnosis treatment coverage may vary. More importantly, they are aware how the levels of care you insurance carrier offers will interface with our drug addiction treatment services.
IMPORTANT... Regardless of the insurance benefits you have purchased and you believe you have access to, we must prove to third party providers almost every day, why a person needs to remain in addiction treatment. We are proud to say, our pre-certification department is one of the best in the country. This has translated into our drug rehab program being able to maximize the benefits you have paid for and providing you with the best possible treatment outcome.
Paying Privately for a Drug Treatment Program
We realize that not everyone has health insurance or chooses to use it for drug and alcohol treatment or our dual diagnosis program. If this is the case, we will be happy to discuss this aspect of addiction treatment with you. There will be no hidden costs or surprises. Every aspect of paying for our drug and alcohol treatment program is discussed with you prior to admission and again during the admission process. As many people ask us about utilizing their credit card to pay for drug rehab, the answer is yes, we do accept most major credit cards.
